The whole machine is quite brief but pragmatic and the appearance is clean and tidy.The lathe bed adopts thickened steel tubes, having increased the bearing capacity to more than 3 tons.Side walls are consolidated to lighten the shaking during processing and to increase the precision.X, Y adopts exposed gear wheel and ball screw so that they can be thoroughly cleaned and it is convenient to maintenance the machine.Movable water channel is easy for users to clear the fragment.Drain-pipe of water channel is higher than the undersurface. Mountain flour created during the processing can be deposited and the cooling water can be thoroughly clarified.Water box is separated type. Recirculating water is clear finally after flowing through every separated part.The clamp adopts wide press plate to avoid stress concentration and crushing processing materials. Clamps are brief and convenient.
